Ranjini serves as Next Level Social Impact's Chief Partnership Officer. She has held executive roles at several mission driven non-profits with a focus on promoting social justice and equity. With experience leading strategic planning, operations, and fundraising for both local and national organizations, Ranjini’s expertise lies in building innovative programs, fostering partnerships, and creating inclusive team culture.
Her prior experience includes serving as Executive Director of Stand for Children Massachusetts and as a Vice President at FUSE. Ranjini holds a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University and a doctoral degree in Social Policy from Cornell University.
